Long term rates indicated are for leases longer than 6 months. Utility cost are in addition to long term monthly rent.
Short term/vacation rentals available for 6 people max including minors @ 135/night week days; $150/night on wkends Th-Sunday; $875/wk. $65 cleaning fee. Security deposit is $200.
